## Accepting these terms

This website is operated by Coumasso Medical Center PLLC, a telemedicine practice based in Texas. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## Information only, not medical advice

The content on this website is general and educational. It does not replace a visit with a licensed provider, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. Using this website does not create a provider–patient relationship.

## Emergencies

This website and our video visits are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

## Your information

This website does not ask for, collect, or store your personal or health information. It has no forms, no user accounts, and no advertising trackers. We count visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies.

## Booking through CharmHealth

Appointments are booked in a CharmHealth calendar that is shown inside our contact page. Anything you enter in that calendar goes directly to CharmHealth, not to this website, and is handled under CharmHealth’s own terms and privacy policy. A booking is a request until your provider confirms it.

## Video visits

Visits take place by video, in English or Spanish. During the visit, your provider decides whether telemedicine is appropriate for your situation.

## Content and logo

The text, photos, logo, and videos on this website belong to Coumasso Medical Center PLLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

## Links to other websites

This website links to services we do not control, such as CharmHealth and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

## Availability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or online.
